Michael is a real professional and goes out of his way to help and be fair to both sellers/buyers.
He was there for me at each step of the way when selling my home. Those steps ranged from offering opinions on how best to stage your house or addressing potential issues, getting profession pictures/brochure to showcase your home, to keeping in touch with whatever was transpiring so you were not left in the dark.
He has a good sense of humor and is easy to work with even in stressful situations.
Just as important he had professionals he could recommend when I needed items to be fixed in a timely manner for my closing.
After sales he is just as helpful. Earlier today I needed a recommendation on a contractor, and he gave me a name/number to call for someone that he knows will do a professional job.
I can't think of a better person to work with when selling or buying a home than Mike.
