Mike was a wonderful combination of creativity and optimism with a healthy dose of realism to manage expectations. His listing description for my property as well as the photographs was outstanding and spot on. Hiring Mike proved to me that a full-time Realtor is the best option when selling a house; I had used part-time Realtors long ago and the difference was astounding. Mike’s “every step of the way” motto is so true; in fact, I would say “every step of the way AND BEYOND.” For example, several weeks after the closing, I had a question related to the sale that I described as “non urgent” in a voicemail. Mike called me back the same day with a detailed response. Refreshingly, Mike’s exceptional customer service is unrelated to the value of a sale; I have been witness to him treating all clients with the same degree of attention. There are so many reasons why I would recommend Mike as a Realtor, but perhaps the one that stood out the most for me, and kept me confident throughout the process, was that Mike does not answer a question with “I think,” “I believe,” “I assume…” Instead, he either gives a straight answer or advises that he needs to talk to the subject-matter expert and get back to me. That drive to get it right was invaluable to me, personally, and so important in an industry whose success relies on attention to detail, timing, and coordination of efforts. It doesn’t take long into a meeting with Mike to see that giving him a call for your real-estate needs was a prudent decision.
