Recently, I had the privilege of listing a house with RE/MAX agent Michael Carney.. I had never sold a house before and the fact that I was doing so on behalf of my mother added to my stress. However, Michael worked diligently to make the process as stress free as possible, He met with me promptly after I initially reached out to him. My high expectations were exceeded at every level. Mike’s listing process was collaborative and based on his extensive research and preparation. There are so many reasons why I would recommend Mike as a Realtor, but perhaps the one that stood out the most for me, and kept me confident throughout the process, was that Mike does not answer a question with “I think,” “I believe,” “I assume…” Instead, he either gives a straight answer or advises that he needs to talk to the subject-matter expert and get back to me. That drive to get it right was invaluable to me, personally, and so important in an industry whose success relies on attention to detail, timing, and coordination of efforts. It doesn’t take long into a meeting with Mike to see that giving him a call for your real-estate needs was a prudent decision.
