Mike is truly a gem and wonderful to work with! We rented a property he had listed. We had a few requests that the landlord was at first apprehensive about such as a fresh coat of paint, but Mike persuaded the landlord into fulfilling our wish list for a responsible set of tenants. He convinced the landlord it added value to the home, and he even went above and beyond to add on a few extra surprises which we hadn’t expected such as power washing the outside, cleaning up the landscape, and installing all new recessed lighting throughout the inside! Mike is a strong communicator, highly organized, and was very thorough from the beginning to the end of the rental process walking us through step by step and always updating us on the status.
