Michael literally goes way beyond what's required. He helped us focus on getting out of our home and into a town home. He's kind, and knowledgeable about the area and the market. He exerted pressure when required to see that tasks got done in time. He's a friend. Today, he arranged to have someone shovel out our driveway. He's taken in a package or two when we've been out of town and couldn't leave them on the porch. I'm grateful that he sold our home, helped us get into a smaller space and remains in our lives.
